Katie baked PawPaw Carl's Pecan Pie this past weekend and I have to say, it was great. Would have been better w/ H.T. products like ya'll used but yor recipe is wonderful. love ya

For our friends who asked for the recipe: Preheat oven to 325f 2 pie shells, 2c pecans, 2 sticks butter - melted, 3c sugar, 6 eggs, 2tbs vanilla, 2tbs vinegar 1c pecans in each pie shell. Mix other ingredients well. Pour over top. Bake 1 hr.
